"Forever changed the way that I interact with guests.."
In January of 2022, I had the opportunity to return to Aspen, Colorado for the X Games. This time, instead of working as a Guest Services X-Pert, I was honored to join the Social Media team. I was able to expand my experience with social media marketing, live television broadcasting, and more. This position came with a lot of stress in a short period of time, but I adapted and overcame the struggles of a new and temporary position.

The Highlight of this position was being able to become an editor for the official X Games Facebook and Twitter accounts. I was able to create and publish content, with multiple viral posts. This was a huge moment in my professional career and my time with the ESPN X Games was nothing short of excellent.
In January of 2020, I had the amazing opportunity to work as a Guest Services X-Pert in Aspen, Colorado for the 2020 Winter X-Games. This experience tested my skills in ways that I never knew were possible.
Working on the top of a mountain not only put my physical skills to the test but also pushed my hospitality skills to a new level. Being an essential part of such a large scale event gave me the chance to learn, grow, and experience my education.
ESPN X-Games set Disney level standards for their workers, which forever changed the way that I interact with guests. Being able to give each guest I came into contact with a 5-star service experience was challenging but rewarding. I also gained experience in medical and safety emergency situations, alcohol management, venue management, and vendor relations.
